These terms are an agreement between you and Budget Aurora. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
Using Budget Aurora
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Budget Aurora. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
Your account
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraud or abuse.
Not financial advice
Budget Aurora is a personal finance tracking tool. It is not a bank, lender, broker, or financial advisor, and nothing in the app constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.
Subscriptions and billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled, and you can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Reverse engineer or copy the app except as permitted by law.
- Use Budget Aurora for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Budget Aurora is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll let you know in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
